Well, that would explain my last year!!!
From now on when you see one magpie salute it and say 'Good morning Mr. Magpie. How's your wife today?'
Ummmmmm!!!!!! I do say hello Magpie though, an old colleague taught me that.
I thought it was, "one for a kiss, two for a letter..." Or is that some other bird?
Never mind. I was mixing it up with something else. It's "one for sorrow, two for joy."
